Good Morning Brent:

For the second time we've purchased an RV from Nelsons, and couldn't be more pleased. After asking only a few qualifying questions, Brian Vetter showed us the used Kit Companion that was exactly what we had been looking for, and gave us a generous trade-in for the SunnyBrook that we purchased from you about 10 years ago. So the deal was consumated in a little over an hour.

I want to commend your service tech, Jim, who not only worked furiously to get it ready for us to have it towed to McCall two days later, but went the extra mile in switching propane tanks and helping us make the transfer of our personal goods from one RV to the other.

Most of all I wish to commend Trent Jameson, who on his own time made two trips to the McCall RV Resort the last two weekends to repair our gimpy water heater. He came up this last Saturday because he did not have a thermostat in stock the first time. And that, along with a new propane valve and release valve, did the trick. The water, previously luke-warm, was so hot after he finished that I burnt my hand. His work cleaning the propane burner took care of the noxious exhaust fumes we had previously. Finally, he solved a leveling problem I had.

Rarely have we dealt with any business where employees have gone way beyond the call of duty to meet our needs as these two service people. You are fortunate to have such self-giving people in your employment. We will be doing all of our RV business with Nelsons for as long as we are using RV's--which we trust will be many more years. Our home currently is in Murrieta, CA., but we plan to spend our summers in the NW, mostly at McCall, where our RV will be our home. We have children and grandchildren in Nampa where we previously lived for 24 years.

The Service Department at Nelson's RV's was GREAT! They explained everything about the trailer really well.

I wanted to tell you why we picked Nelson's RV's to do business with. Last summer we started looking for campers and we went to several places. We were not in the market at that moment to buy a camper; I was 7 months pregnant with twins and had many bad experiences on different lots. The next spring we went to the RV show at the Expo center and we went into Nelson's Area. We were greeted by GREAT sales people. They were not pushy,they were helpful, they saw that we had newborn twins and they helped me in and out of the trailers. They showed us the benefits that the trailers would offer for our family. They told us their experience in the RV Business and made feel comfortable. Later this spring we went back to Nelson's RV's Lot and Mike the Salesman remembered my husband and that we had twins. He also remembered the trailer that we had been looking at earlier in the year. Our experience at Nelson's was GREAT and we would like to thank everyone there that made our experience such a good one! I will refer everyone to Nelson's RV's!
